My name is Audriana. I am a physiotherapist and yoga instructor with a passion for trauma-informed care and chronic pain! I gratefully provide physiotherapy services at Helmcken Pain Clinic located in Victoria, British Columbia.

I have created an online presence with the aim to provide accessible exercise and education for people who need it. You can find me on YouTube, where I mostly create trauma-informed yoga videos, and on Instagram, where I share my physiotherapy and pain science knowledge.
